Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps Performance in Colombia Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top cryptocurrency apps in Colombia showed varied performance metrics on the unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data. Here's a closer look at their trends, based on Sensor Tower's insights.

World App - Worldcoin Wallet from Tools for Humanity Corp. saw a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 96K in early January and dropping to approximately 13.9K by the end of March. Nevertheless, the app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users peaking at 1.9M in early February before gradually decreasing to 1.2M by the end of the quarter.

For Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto, downloads peaked mid-January at about 46.9K, followed by a downward trend to 19K by March's end. Active users showed a similar pattern, rising to 824K in late January and then fluctuating, ending the quarter with around 566K users.

El Dorado P2P experienced a modest download rate, initially at 5.5K downloads per week, which dipped to 2.6K by the quarter's end. However, active users saw a notable increase, reaching over 22K in late March before a sudden drop to 7.6K.

Wenia had fluctuating download numbers, starting with 1.4K early in January and peaking at 5.5K in late February, then declining to around 1.1K by the end of March.

Lastly, the Pi Network showed a steady increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, reaching 5.5K in late February before dropping to 608 by March's end. Active users consistently grew, peaking at over 21K in mid-March, despite a slight decline towards the quarter's conclusion.
